TO RESERVE A 50% deposit is required to reserve the house. The balance may be paid to us before departure, or in Costa Rica, upon arrival, to us or our manager in traveler's checks or cash. We cannot accept personal checks in Costa Rica. TO CANCEL We require 45 days advance notice (more for holiday bookings) to cancel. With that notice we willrefund your deposit minus 15% of the total rent. After that the deposit is not refundable.
